By accessing or using Noesia ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Noesia provides a modular RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platform that enables users to process documents, generate embeddings, and build intelligent retrieval systems. The Service includes:
- Document processing and chunking
- Multiple embedding model integrations
- Vector database connections
- API access for programmatic use
- Web interface for document management
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
- Exceed rate limits or abuse system resources
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to Noesia. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for training AI models.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid features are billed according to the pricing tier you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
